Sea La Vie is an exclusive waterfront development located in the prestigious Yas Bay area on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This is the inaugural project by the boutique developer Nine Yards, a collaboration between Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding. The project’s master development is being overseen by Miral.
Set on a sprawling 323,000 sq. ft beachfront plot, the development will consist of four towers, ranging from 15 to 18 storeys, all sharing a common podium. The complex will feature 660 luxurious residences, including 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, 30 townhouses along the promenade, two exclusive 4-bedroom penthouses, duplexes, and lofts. The development will also offer 5,372 sq. ft of retail space. Residential units range in size from 796 sq. ft to 6,835 sq. ft, including spacious balconies.
The towers will feature a striking triangular design, maximizing the number of units with breath-taking waterfront and sea views. The interior design of the residences will be inspired by the natural surroundings, with color palettes of white, aqua, and sand tones, reflecting the tranquil and luxurious environment of the location.
