Sama Yas, developed by Aldar Properties, is a distinctive complex comprising three 9-storey buildings, each offering its own private green park. Located in the northeastern part of Yas Island, this project captures the essence of both vibrancy and serenity. Its striking architectural design evokes the image of Egyptian pyramids, surrounded by lush palm trees, rather than typical residential buildings. In April 2024, the next phase of the development was announced, marking the commencement of construction for the second building.
